We produce and deliver braided sleevings made of aramid (a yellow-gold coloured anorganic fiber) in measurements starting from 2mm. The temperature range of these fibers reaches up to 180°C without loosing any of their excellent properties. Among these properties is high tensile strength, impact resistance and a low weight. Sleevings made of aramid are self-extinguishing as well as heatproof and fireproof. They provide excellent resistance against most combustibles, lubricants and saltwater

Sleevings made of aramid fibers are mainly used in the electrical industry serving as pressure transducers. They are also widly used in automotive engineering for constructing cable. Aramid sleevings serve as subsitute for asbestos and are used as composite material.

A summary of the above described properties can be downloaded here.
